having this
overwhelming longing
to be seen.
really seen.
with more than eyes.
inside out.
for someone to say
oh, yes.
to vibrate
on the same frequency.
it stems from that.
to be touched
somewhere
deeper than the surface.....

Because the essence of who we are and what is to be understood runs so much deeper than skin.
Though we are rarely seen as who we are on the inside, how often do we see people as they really are? How many people have we walked past, said, "hello" or even spent years with and never knew who they truly were?
